Raw denim sizing varies by brand and fit. We provide detailed measurement charts for every garment. If you are unsure, we recommend measuring your best-fitting pair of jeans and comparing them to our size guide, or contacting our specialists for advice.
Do you offer a hemming service?
Yes, we provide an authentic chain-stitch hemming service using our vintage Union Special machines. This service is complimentary for any full-price jeans purchased from us. Please note that once hemmed, items cannot be returned or exchanged.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window for online orders. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please ensure the items have not been washed or altered in any way.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide using tracked courier services. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to local import duties and taxes.
How should I wash my heritage garments?
For raw denim, we recommend wearing them for as long as possible before the first wash to achieve unique fades. When washing, use cold water and a specialized denim detergent, and always hang dry. For other heritage items, please follow the specific care instructions on the label.
